We have two FLUOROSCOPY suites. Fluoroscopy can
look into your spine and other joints to pinpoint the area causing the
pain and place the medicine at the exact site to treat the root cause
of the pain. EPIDURAL BLOCK - This is very helpful in lower back and
neck pain.
Our new RADIOFREQUENCY equipment (RF) can take
care of the PAIN NERVE ENDINGS (Rhizotomy) to give prolonged relief of
pain. Sacroiliac and facet pain (back and neck pain) can be relieved
for one year.
Our technique of DISCOGRAM can detect even the
minute abnormalities of a prolapsed disc and disc degeneration, even if
an MRI has not been able to detect it. DISC DECOMPRESSION (PERCUTANEOUS
DISKECTOMY) can be done without surgery.
EMG AND NERVE CONDUCTION tests at THE PAIN
CENTER can precisely detect nerve causing sciatica pain in the legs or
radicular pain going from the neck to the arms and hands. It also
confirms the carpel tunnel syndrome. Our physician is one of the well
known experts in this technique.
For recurring back pain after cervical or
lumbar spinal surgery (POST LAMINECTOMY SYNDROME), we have the
equipment and expertise to relieve pain by taking care of scar tissue
pressing on nerves. (EPIDUROLYSIS).
At THE PAIN CENTER, we can do SPINAL CORD
STIMULATION in cases of sever pain that has not responded to other
treatments. It will block the pain impulses going to through the
spinal cord to the brain. For the fracture of vertebra (osteoporosis)
we can inject cement to relieve the pain and restore height by
VERTEBROPLASTY.
We can now provide all aspects of PHYSICAL
THERAPY in our newly built suite, under the guidance of a registered
physical therapist and a physical therapist assistant.
One of our specialists is also certified in SUBOXONE treatment. This deals with de-addiction.
