DR RAJ BOTHRA, M.D.
Member, American Society of Interventional Pain Physician. Dr. Bothra is practicing in Warren for 30 years. He was Board Certified by American Board of general Surgery. For the last 5 years, he has specialized exclusively in Interventional Pain Management with expertise in Epidural Blocks, Facet Blocks, Radiofrequency Rhizotomy, Discogram and Percutaneous Discectomy Spinal Cord Stimulations etc... With his background of General Surgery, he has an ease with performing these procedures. |  |

Board Certified Physical Medicine Rehabilitation specialist with over 25 years experience. He specializes in Pain Management, Medication Management, Opioid detoxification, EMG/NCS testing to identify specific location of nerve injury, Botox therapy and Acupuncture. |
DR. FIROZA B. VAN HORN, PSY.D.
Has been practicing Psychology for the past 25 years. She is a fully licensed Psychologist specializing in Neuropsychological where she conducts evaluations for closed head injuries and other brain insults and Forensic Psychologist where she conducts evaluations for criminal offenses. She has testified in the Appeals, Civil, Criminal and Federal Court on numerous occasions. She is also an advocate of abused children and battered women syndrome. |  |

Is a Registered Physical Therapist and has been practicing in various settings including in-patient hospital and out-patient physical therapy. He has experience in working with patients sustained injuries from auto, workman’s comp and post surgical patients in joint case centers. His main interest is in Manual Therapy including spinal mobilization and stretching. |
